Our Mould Making Process

Design & Engineering

Collaborative design review and DFM analysis. CAD/CAM toolpath generation and mould flow simulation to optimise mould geometry before fabrication begins.

Mould Base Preparation

Sourcing and preparation of mould base steel from trusted suppliers. Precision machining of cavity and core blocks to exact dimensional specifications.

CNC Machining

High-speed CNC milling and turning of mould components. Tight tolerances maintained throughout to ensure accurate cavity and core profiles.

EDM, Wire Cutting, Grinding & Milling Machining

Comprehensive precision machining services including CNC Milling, Surface Grinding, EDM, and Wire Cutting to manufacture high-precision mould components with tight tolerances and excellent quality.

Fitting & Assembly

Precision fitting of all mould components — cavity, core, slides, lifters, cooling circuits, and ejector systems — assembled by experienced toolmakers.

Trial & Delivery

Mould trial run, dimensional verification, and full inspection before delivery. Documentation package included with every mould.
